Indy-Cara Rafaela, by Quiet American) added a black-type success when 3YO filly C'Est Beau La Vie (Bernardini-Valkyrie Diva, by Jade Robbery) scored by 0.7-length for trainers Leon Macdonald & Andrew Gluyas in the $100,000 Listed Laelia Stakes (1600m) for 3YO fillies, over fellow fillies Comprende (I Am Invincible-Zelady, by Zeditave) & Sailing By (Fastnet Rock-Amory Lane, by Galileo). C'Est Beau La Vie, who was purchased for $170,000 by Leon Macdonald at the 2014 Inglis Australian Easter Yearling Sale from the draft of Milburn Creek, took her record to 4 wins and 1 placing from 12 starts for 122,350 earnings.
