Westbury Settles On Reliable Man

Friday, 28th June 2013

As alluded to in yesterday's edition of Breeding&Racing's Weekly News, New Zealand's Westbury Stud has confirmed the purchase of dual Gr1 winner Reliable Man (Dalakhani-On Fair Stage, by Sadler's Wells) to stand his freshman season this year, reports breednet.com.au. With syndication of the Chris Waller-trained entire in its "final stages", the last start Gr1 Queen Elizabeth Stakes winner is expected to arrive at his Karaka home in the next fortnight. Also boasting a European classic success in the Gr1 Prix du Jockey Club (French Derby) and hailing from the elite family of three-time Oaks heroine Fair Salinia, Reliable Man appears a safe bet to make an impact at stud and offers Australian and New Zealand breeders access to a significant and proven Aga Khan sireline.
