Desert King $9.9k & Golden Snake $6.6k At Bombora

Lynden Park Stallions announced it will again stand Danzig sire-line stallions Desert King (Danehill-Sabaah, by Nureyev) & Golden Snake (Danzig-Dubian, by High Line) at Bittern-based Bombora Downs in Victoria this spring.

  • Triple Gr1-winner Desert King (with 58% winners-to-runners & southern hemisphere progeny earnings in excess of $30 million) is the sire of Makybe Diva (whose yearling filly sold for $1.2 million at the recent Inglis Easter Sale in Sydney) & 6-time Gr1-winner Desert War. Desert King's fee remains unchanged at $9,900.
  • 4-time Gr1-winner Golden Snake (with 57% winners-to-runners in the southern hemisphere) will stand at an unchanged fee of $6,600.
