Mill Ridge To Stand Gr1 Winner Midas Eyes

According to bloodhorse.com, US Gr1 winner "Midas Eyes has been retired and will stand at Mill Ridge Farm in Lexington." Winner of the "seven-furlong Forego Handicap at Saratoga Race Course last September," Midas Eyes (Touch Gold - Bayou Plans by Bayou Hebert) was trained by leading American trainer Bobby Frankel, and registered 5 victories and 4 runner-ups from 15 starts for earnings of US$616,528. His other wins included the Gr3 Derby Trial Stakes at Churchill Downs and the Gr3 Swale Stakes at Gulfstream Park. Out of multiple stakes winning Bayou Hebert mare Bayou Plans, Midas Eyes has not had a stud fee announced yet for 2006.
